One Media WI LLC Terms and Conditions




1. Prepped for Photos: We ask the the property is cleaned, staged and ready to go for photos. Any belongings not wanted in the photos. videos or 3D tours are to be out of sight and put away. 


2. Travel/Trip Fee: While we do not charge trip fee's, one may be applied by discretion of One Media WI LLC

3. Canceling and Rescheduling: We understand things come up and rescheduling happens. We ask that you give us a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $50 cancel/rescheduling fee will occur when 24 hours of notice is not given. Refunds are not provided. Credits will be add to your account with us.


4. Animals/Pets: Please let us know if you have any pets or animals in the house. We ask they be created or out of the house at the time of services.


5. Payments/Bookings: Booking maybe done by contacting us directly 414-441-4738. We prefer to have bookings made online. If you are not booking online we ask for a check at the time of service made out to One Media WI and mailed to 809 S Grand Ave, Waukesha WI 53186. Bookings made via email, phone or any source other than online agree to these terms and conditions by payment. 

6. Delivery Time: Media will be sent to you within 24 hours (Next Day) of the appointment (expect video). If needed sooner then 24 hours there will be a rush fee of $50. 

7. Copyrights & Licensing: The final product produced from ANY appointment or service is owned solely by One Media WI LLC. One Media WI LLC is giving you permission for a single use license. This content may be used for MLS, Social Media, One Media WI LLC website and other platforms.  If using the delivered content for large scale advertisement you must contact us. 

8. Liability of Missing Content: One Media WI LLC does their best job at capturing as much as they can in a given appointment and is not liable for photos not received with final product. 

9. Refund's: We issue refunds in the form of credits within your account with us. The dollar amount does not change when the refund is held as credits within your account with us. This is done to avoid extra fee's we pay on our end in the refund process.
